Aisles

Aisles should be kept clear at all times. For the safety and comfort of all guests, please do not sit or stand in the aisles. Emergency situations require that stairways be kept clear.  Guests sitting or standing in areas other than their ticketed seat jeopardize the safety of others.

Alcoholic Beverage Policy

Florida state law prohibits the sale of alcohol to those under 21. Guests will be required
to show proper identification and proof of age when purchasing alcoholic beverages. We ask you to please drink responsibly and we strongly encourage the use of a designated driver.

The BB&T Center is a “No Passing Zone.” Providing alcoholic beverages to anyone under the age of 21 is against the law. Violators who provide alcoholic beverages to anyone under the age of 21, as well as anyone under the age of 21 who accepts an alcoholic beverage, will be evicted from the BB&T Center and could face prosecution and revocation of season tickets or other privileges. Evicted guests will not receive a refund for their tickets or be compensated in any way for their loss.

Animals

Animals or pets of any kind are prohibited with the exception of trained service animals or service animals in training. Please keep these animals on a leash or in a harness at all times unless special circumstances exist. Guests bringing in service animals may not take up any additional seats unless a ticket has been purchased specifically for the seat. Service Animals should rest in the seating area of the owner and not in the aisle. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other guests and employees or whose animal is not housebroken, may be asked to escort the animal off the premises.

Emotional Support animals are also allowed with proper identification by the owner and must follow the same guidelines and rules as a Service Animal.

Temperature

During hockey games or ice events, the temperature is approximately 60 degrees and may vary depending on your proximity to the ice surface. We suggest wearing appropriate layers and/or bringing a jacket for these events.

For all other events at BB&T Center the temperature may vary due to logistics and artists requests. Artists may also ask the building to adjust the temperature to their liking for comfort during their performance.

Tickets

Guests are required to retain their ticket throughout the event to allow for Event Staff to verify their seat location. Guests are not permitted to sit in seats for which they do not hold a valid ticket.

Ticketless Events

The ticketless concept, now established as part of the live entertainment industry, is a procedure designed at the request of artists that is an effective initiative against the resale of tickets. If the event or specific seating area in which you’ve purchased tickets uses Ticketless tickets, the original ticket purchaser must attend the event with the credit card used to purchase and a valid government issued photo ID. Ticketless tickets are non-transferrable and the entire party must enter the venue at the same time.

    • Cost of entry is $150. Every participant receives 6 weeks of on-ice training with Florida Panthers alumni and USA Hockey certified coaches. Each participant will also be custom-fitted for a full set of hockey equipment that they will use during the program and keep at the conclusion of the 6 weeks.
  • Street Cats Clinics
    • The Florida Panthers host street hockey clinics both on- and off-site for kids aged 4-12. The Panthers provide everything necessary to put on a full street hockey clinic for children.
