The BB&T Center is a state-of-the-art showcase that is home to the Florida Panthers Hockey Club and host to exciting events such as concerts, family shows, and other major touring acts.

Accessible Seating

Aisles
Aisles should be kept clear at all times. For the safety and comfort of all guests, please do not sit or stand in the aisles. Emergency situations require that stairways be kept clear. Guests sitting or standing in areas other than their ticketed seat jeopardize the safety of others.
Alcoholic Beverage Policy
Florida state law prohibits the sale of alcohol to those under 21. Guests will be required to show proper identification and proof of age when purchasing alcoholic beverages. We ask you to please drink responsibly and we strongly encourage the use of a designated driver.
The BB&T Center is a “No Passing Zone.” Providing alcoholic beverages to anyone under the age of 21 is against the law. Violators who provide alcoholic beverages to anyone under the age of 21, as well as anyone under the age of 21 who accepts an alcoholic beverage, will be evicted from the BB&T Center and could face prosecution and revocation of season tickets or other privileges. Evicted guests will not receive a refund for their tickets or be compensated in any way for their loss.
Animals
Animals or pets of any kind are prohibited with the exception of trained service animals or service animals in training. Please keep these animals on a leash or in a harness at all times, unless special circumstances exist.
Guests bringing in service animals may not take up any additional seats, unless a ticket has been purchased specifically for the seat. Service Animals should rest in the seating area of the owner and not in the aisle. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other guests and employees, or whose animal is not housebroken may be asked to escort the animal off the premises.
Emotional Support animals are also allowed with proper identification by the owner and must follow the same guidelines and rules as a Service Animal.
Anniversary Announcements
All celebration announcements (Birthday, Anniversary, Graduation, etc.) are displayed on our video board during the FIRST Intermission. Guests may request an announcement by making a $50 donation to the Florida Panthers Foundation. For $100, your donation includes a message and a visit from Stanley C. Automated Teller Machines (ATMs)
For your convenience, BB&T ATMs are located on the Plaza level near the South Box Office and outside of Section 131. On the Club Level one can be located next to the entrance to the Penalty Box and on the Upper Level outside of Section 305. Anyone experiencing issues with the ATM should report the problem to the nearest building personnel or Guest Services.
Automobile Trouble
Experiencing car problems? Westway Towing and the BB&T Center have partnered to provide minor automotive services such as a dead battery or a flat tire for guests before, during and up to an hour following all Florida Panther games and most BB&T Center events. Look for the Westway Towing Wrecker or a Parking Attendant in the parking lot or call the BB&T Center Security Office 954-835-8610 for assistance.
B
Baby Changing Stations
Baby Changing Stations are located in all restrooms throughout the arena.
Backpack Policy
Backpacks, including backpack purses and drawstring bags, are not permitted inside of the BB&T Center. We recommend that you leave your backpacks, sling bags, large packages or other bags either at home or in your car.
Bag Policy
The BB&T Center encourages all fans to arrive early and travel light. No bag or purse larger than 12" x 12" will be permitted. All bags are subject to search before being allowed into the venue. Guests not allowing inspection of their bags or purses will be refused entry into the building. Backpacks are not permitted inside of the BB&T Center.
Bars
There are a wide variety of bars located in the BB&T Center including the Coors Light Cold Zone, Funky Buddha Bar, Heineken District, Sin Bin, Riboli Family Wine bar, Club Lexus, Corona Beach House, and True Vodka Club. Portable kiosks are also available throughout the arena.
BB&T; Center
BB&T Center is an 872,000 square-foot facility which seats up to 19,250 for hockey and 20,000 for basketball, family shows and concerts. The Center provides 7,200 on-site parking spaces, including 200 spaces that are enclosed.
Beverages
All guests must finish and dispose of alcoholic beverages before exiting the arena. The BB&T Center Event Staff has the right to ask any individual to dispose of their beverage in question if it is unclear whether the beverage is alcoholic or not.
Sanza, our food & beverage provider, as well as, BB&T Center management, have the right to cut off alcohol sales at their discretion.
Bicycle Parking
Bicycle parking is available to all guests free of charge on a first come, first serve basis. All guests parking bicycles agree to do so at their own risk. Bicycle locks should be used to secure bikes to the racks at all times. Please only store bicycles on the provided racks and do not position bicycles in a manner that may impede others from entering or exiting the arena. Bicycles left on the racks for more than 24 hours will be removed by BB&T Center personnel.

Box Office
The Box Office is open Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with extended hours on event days. The Box Office windows will remain open for one hour after an event has started. Box Office times vary by event.
Ticket information/Will Call is located on the Plaza Level at the South Box Office. Tickets may be purchased at the BB&T Center North Box Office with cash, American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa. Tickets are also available online at Ticketmaster.com.

Broadcast Information
Florida Panthers games are broadcasted on Fox Sports Florida (FSN Florida) and the Fox
Sports GO App. The flagship radio home of the Florida Panthers is 560 THE JOE WQAM, where fans can listen to all regular season and playoff games. 560 THE JOE WQAM also has various programming focused on South Florida’s hockey team throughout the week. The Florida Panthers can also be heard on 640 AM The Hurricane in the Palm Beaches, Thunder Country 100.3 in the Florida Keys and WAXE 1370AM/107.9FM. To listen in the arena, tune into FM 107.1.

Cameras
Cameras without flash are permitted in the building for all Panthers games. For all other events, camera usage policies will vary. In no way may the taking of photography block access ways, seats and aisles or interfere with other guests’ enjoyment of the event. Please call 954-835-7000 in advance to verify the specific camera policy for each event.
In addition to camera specifications, video, audio recording devices, or cameras with detachable lenses larger than 1ft, as well as, Go-Pros and selfie sticks will not be allowed into the arena.
Chairman’s Club
The BB&T Chairman’s Club is a full-service bar and optional buffet located on the Ultimate Software Suite Level. It offers the very best in entertaining and socializing before or during games or other events. Child Admission Policy
For ticketed events, BB&T Center guests must present a ticket for entry, except for children younger than two (2) years of age. Children under two (2) years of age must sit on the lap of a ticket-bearing parent or guardian. Children Rules may vary for some family/children events, which require children younger than two (2) years to present a ticket for entry. Please check with the Box Office or BB&T Center website for Children Rules for the specific event you plan on attending prior to your purchase of tickets.

Clothing
Guests in attendance are required to wear a shirt, pants/shorts/skirts/dress, and shoes at all times for their own safety. The BB&T Center reserves the right to deny entry to any guests wearing clothing displaying obscene or offensive text and/or images. Guests found within the facility wearing such items will be asked to provide a solution where the item is no longer visibly displayed. If the guests refuse, no solution can be found or the solution does not meet the satisfaction of manager, the guest will be asked to leave the facility and property. Ejected guests will not receive a refund for their tickets or be compensated in any way for their loss.
Club Lexus

Comments/Concerns
While the BB&T Center strives to provide the best service and atmosphere in the industry, there’s always room for improvements. During an event, guests are encouraged to express any compliments, comments or concerns at our Guest Service desk located in the North entrance lobby. Guests may fill out Customer Comment Forms during the event or email in their concern to [email protected]. Your comments and concerns allow us to serve you and other guests better for future events.

Concert Specific Guidelines
Please note that some concert promoters have specific needs that we are required to meet such as building temperature, camera policy, iPad policy, umbrella policy and moshing. Our job is to enforce these requirements and we appreciate your cooperation. Please check the individual event page on the BB&T Center website or call us at 954-835-7000 for further information prior to attending the event.
Concessions
There are three food courts on each of the Plaza and Upper Levels that include a wide selection of items on the menu. Guests also have an opportunity to enjoy dining on the two patios outside the Plaza Level food courts across from Sections 105 and 130.
Credit cards are accepted at all Concession Stands and some portable food and beverage stands.
BB&T Center offers three new culinary experiences at concession stands located in Section 105, 129 and 307: ‘Breakaway Burger’, ‘Taco ‘Bout It’ and ‘Chick It Out’.
Conditions of Admittance
The following conditions are in place to ensure that you enjoy a safe and memorable experience.
- Please retain your ticket for inspection prior to entering and at any time during the event. Children 2 years of age or older require a separate ticket of admission.
- For your safety, premises are monitored by video cameras. Your movements may be monitored and recorded. You will be requested to submit to a search of yourself and any items upon entering the BB&T Center. Guests that refuse inspection may be denied entry.
- Non-flash, still photography is welcome at Florida Panthers games as long as the camera lens does not exceed 1 Foot. Our camera policy for all other events is subject to change; please inquire with our staff prior to entry or check the BB&T Center website’s event page. Please leave your audio- and video-recording devices at home; they are prohibited at all events.
- No GoPros or Selfie Sticks will be permitted at any event.
- IPads and tablets will be allowed for Florida Panthers games. However, our iPad and tablet policy is subject to change for all other events. Please inquire with our staff prior to entry or check the BB&T Center website’s event page.
- Please be aware that hockey pucks may enter the seating area during game events. Guests voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to any event.
- The BB&T Center is a smoke-free environment. This includes e-cigarettes and personal vaporizers. There is no re-entry or in-and-out privileges and smoking areas are provided.
- For the safety of our guests, you may be denied entry if you are:
- Intoxicated, or in possession of or impaired due to illegal substances.
- Wearing obscene clothing or lacking clothing or footwear.
- In possession of alcoholic beverages, recording devices, laser pointers, weapons, unauthorized signs or banners, noisemakers, or any other prohibited item as deemed inappropriate by the BB&T Center.
- Engaged in conduct deemed by the BB&T Center staff to be inappropriate to the good order of events or that may be unsafe.
Container Policy
Cans, glass, metal or plastic beverage containers, as well as squeeze bottles or thermos bottles are not permitted in the BB&T Center. No alcoholic beverages may be brought into the arena.
However, for most events, one (1) sealed bottle of water per person will be allowed in the BB&T Center. Please check the individual event page on the BB&T Center website or call us at 954-835-7000 for further information prior to attending the event as this policy may change depending on the event.
Corona Beach House
This all-inclusive club is your ticket to all of the Panthers home games and all of the concerts and events at BB&T Center. Counterfeit Tickets
Please obtain your tickets from the BB&T Center or Ticketmaster to prevent purchasing invalid, counterfeit or duplicate tickets. Purchasing tickets from any other source are done so at the buyer’s risk and may not be valid. Any fan who, knowingly or unknowingly, gains entry using invalid tickets will be subject to eviction without compensation. Guests are welcome to purchase replacement tickets, but seating location and/or prices are based upon availability.

Designated Driver Program
The Florida Panthers, BB&T Center and Team Coalition have teamed up to ensure guests a safe trip home from all Florida Panthers home games. Guests who pledge to not drink alcoholic beverages during the event may sign-up on the Plaza Concourse at Section 127. All fans 21 years of age and older with valid identification who sign-up for the Designated Driver Program are eligible for a free soft drink or bottle of water from any concession stand with a voucher they receive. In addition, guests may be eligible for promotional giveaway items on a monthly and annual basis.

Disturbances
All guests of the BB&T Center should maintain appropriate and reasonable behavior at all times. Guests acting in disorderly conduct or using offensive gestures or language may be ejected from the facility or subject to arrest. Ejected guests will not receive a refund for their tickets or be compensated in any way for their loss.
Disturbances may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Standing on chairs
- Drunk & disorderly conduct
- Exposing private body parts such as mooning or flashing
- Igniting and displaying flames, i.e. lighters/matches, within the facility bowl
- Fighting or provoking others to fight/argue
- Disturbing another guest or employee with loud and unreasonable noise
- Using profanity and/or offensive words or gestures
- Taunting or using offensive language towards players, referees, performers or employees
- Interference with or delay of the game/event
- Attempting to enter the field of play, court, stage, backstage or restricted areas without permission
- Violation of BB&T Center event policies
- Violation of local, state and federal laws or statues
Guests who notice disruptive behavior are encouraged to notify BB&T Center personnel nearby or through notifying our texting system. Text RED to 69050 with the location and issue occurring. Texting instructions can be seen on the scoreboard and ribbon boards around the arena as well as fixed signage throughout the facility. Standard texting rates will apply.
Donations
As part of our strong commitment to the community, the Florida Panthers strive to help organizations raise much-needed funds for their programs. In keeping with our mission statement, the Panthers give high priority to South Florida 501 (c) (3) organizations that benefit children’s healthcare, education and cultural needs. Each year, we give generously to local charities in the form of Florida Panthers tickets and/or autographed memorabilia for their fundraising events.
While we would like to respond positively to every request we receive, it is not possible to do so because of the large volume of requests. Please review the guidelines below to ensure your organization qualifies!
The Florida Panthers Donation Request Policy is as follows:
Requests must be submitted through our online system. Requests submitted via email, fax, mail or phone will NOT be considered. Please use our online request form to submit your donation request.
- All donation requests MUST be submitted online at least eight weeks prior to the date of the event.
- Please fill out the online form completely to be considered. No written, phone, fax or email requests will be accepted.
- Your organization must be a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit located in South Florida.
- Please do not submit the form more than once for a single event.
- Each organization is eligible, but not guaranteed, to receive one donation in a 12-month period.
- Donation items are typically sent in the month prior to the event date.
- Donations will not be sent to post office (P.O.) boxes.
- We do not facilitate personal items to be autographed by players or coaches.
The Florida Panthers do not grant donation requests for the following:
- Recreational activities (field trips, graduation nights, etc.)
- Political or religious groups
- Advocacy or special interest groups
- Travel funds, conferences, seminars and workshops
- Activities benefiting individuals
- Organizations that may in any way conflict with the goals, programs or any affiliations of the Panthers
Doors Open
Doors generally open 60 minutes prior to all Florida Panthers Hockey games. However, for other events, opening times may vary according to the nature of the event and preference of the promoter/artist. Please check the individual event page on the BB&T Center website or call us at 954-835-7000 for further information.
Duplicate Tickets
Please obtain your tickets from the BB&T Center or Ticketmaster to prevent purchasing invalid, counterfeit or duplicate tickets. Ejections
Attending events at the BB&T Center should be a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
It is the primary goal of the BB&T Center staff to enforce the NHL Fan Code of Conduct which emphasizes generally accepted standards of behavior including good sportsmanship. Disruptive guests should be reported to an Usher or Event Staff immediately in order to resolve the situation. If no resolution can be found the guest will be asked to leave the facility and property. Ejected guests will not receive a refund for their tickets or be compensated in any way for their loss.
Electronic Cigarettes
Electronic Cigarettes and Vapors are not permitted in the arena at any time. Guests wishing to use these devices must do so outside on our designated smoking areas located on each level.
Elevators
Two elevators outside of sections 104, 131, 304 and 331 service disabled guests attending
events at the BB&T Center. Disabled guests are given priority to use these elevators. Six elevators located on either side of the Plaza lobby provide access to the Suite and Club levels.
Emergency Phone Calls
In case of emergency, while attending a game, you may be reached at 954-835-7000. Please be sure to leave your seat location with any person(s) who may need to reach you so staff can relay the message to you. BB&T Center does not have a paging system.
Emergency Evacuation
Designated BB&T Center ushers and other personnel have been trained in proper
procedures for emergency preparedness. In case of an evacuation, please follow the direction of BB&T Center staff and be aware of illuminated signage. There will be several designated staff members will have the primary duty of directing guests with disabilities to specific locations.

Escalators
Escalators are located at the main entrance of the building and lead to all levels of the arena. In case of emergency, stairs are accessible for exiting the building.
Exit & Re-Entry Policy
All exits of the BB&T Center are final and re-entry will not be allowed. Exceptions are only made in the case of emergencies. In an emergency situation, guests should make contact with an Event Supervisor or go to Guest Services located near the North Box Office to make arrangements for re-entry.

50/50 Raffle
At each of the Florida Panthers Home games, fans can take part in the Florida Panthers Foundation’s 50/50 Raffle. At the end of the evening, one lucky fan will take home half of the proceeds from that day’s raffle sales. The other half of the total pot benefits the Florida Panthers Foundation. To buy a ticket, fans can visit any 50/50 Raffle kiosk or look for sellers throughout the concourse. The Foundation uses proceeds from the 50/50 Raffle to make a positive impact on our local community.
Fan Courtesy & Code of Conduct
BB&T Center intends to provide a safe, comfortable and fan-friendly atmosphere for all our guests. Consequently, building management will not tolerate disruptive or unruly behavior. The following rules have been established as the BB&T Center Fan Code of Conduct:
- All guests are entitled to enjoy the event free from disruptive or inconsiderate behaviors or unruly actions
- Guests shall not occupy a seat or remain in an area for which they do not possess a valid ticket. Guests shall provide their ticket upon request.
- Guests shall not stand on seats or any other building structure.
- The BB&T Center is a smoke-free facility. Guests must utilize the designated smoking areas provided and refrain from smoking inside the venue.
- Guests wearing obscene or indecent clothing that will detract from the overall guest experience will not be permitted to enter.
- Guests interfering with the ability of others to enjoy the event will be ejected.
- Guests using foul or abusive language or gestures directed towards other guests, arena employees, players, coaches, referees, performers or officials will be ejected.
- Guests will consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner. Any guests who are underage or appearing overly intoxicated will be denied entry or ejected from the facility and turned over to the Sunrise Police Department.
- Guests will comply with requests from building personnel, Sunrise Police Department and First Responders regarding arena operations and emergency procedures.
- Guests interfering with the progress of an event will be ejected from the building and subject to possible arrest. This includes, but is not limited to, engaging in arguments or fights with other guests or building personnel, throwing objects or attempting to enter the ice/court/stage/restricted areas.
- Guests shall not engage in unauthorized commercial activity while on venue property.
To enforce these policies, Event Staff and Security are located throughout the building during all events. Guests violating any of these rules will not be welcome at the BB&T Center. Those who observe other guests violating these policies should report the incident to the nearest building representative. Guests who chose not to adhere to the Fan Code of Conduct or are in violation of building policies or city ordinances are subject to staff intervention, which may lead to ejection and/or arrest.

First Aid
First Aid Stations offer medical assistance and are located on the Plaza outside of Section 119 and Mezzanine Levels outside of Section 320.
Florida Panthers Foundation
The Florida Panthers Foundation serves as the team’s main charitable beneficiary. Re-introduced in the middle of the 2013-14 season under the ownership of Mr. Vincent Viola and Mr. Doug Cifu, the vision of the Florida Panthers Foundation is to make a positive impact on South Florida by addressing and supporting the unique needs of the community. Through partnerships, grants, and community programs, the Foundation will focus on three priorities, including children and youth, veterans and the Florida panther.
The Panthers Foundation raises money through various initiatives and fundraisers and in-game initiatives, including the 50/50 Raffle, jersey and memorabilia auctions, “Puck for a Buck” and other opportunities to engage fans in support of the Foundation. Through the Foundation, the Florida Panthers looks to support exemplary South Florida nonprofit organizations that help make a positive impact in the local community.

Food & Beverage
Guests of the BB&T Center are not allowed to bring in outside food and beverages (including alcohol) into any game, concert or event. Sanza offers a wide variety of food and beverage options to accommodate fans with allergies, intolerances, restrictions or religious requirements. Guests may bring in one sealed plastic bottle of water per person for their personal use. No outside food or beverage unless for medical or religious purposes. These items must be in see-through plastic ziplock bags. No glass or metal bottles, cans or containers will be permitted.
Any guests with specific/special dietary needs due to medical conditions or religious requirements should contact the BB&T Center at 954-835-7000 to arrange approval prior to the event day. If you are unable to connect with a representative prior to the event, please notify the Event Staff upon arrival of your dietary needs. Items will be subject to a Supervisor or Managers approval. Guest Service Center will not check-in any food and beverage items. Unauthorized items may be asked to be disposed of prior to entering the arena.
BB&T Center concession stands and vendors sell peanuts and other products that may contain nuts throughout the venue. We do not have areas free from nut products and as a result, we recommend that anyone with nut allergies uses caution when attending events at the BB&T Center.

Functions & Function Rooms
While the BB&T Center is better known as the home of your Florida Panthers, as well as, one of South Florida’s premier sports and entertainment destination, you may not be aware of a variety of unique locations to host your next business or social functions.
Choose from traditional meeting spaces or unique settings, we have private function areas that can accommodate groups ranging from 30 to 500 people. Rooms are available for rent and booked on a first come, first served basis. General Admission
General Admission, located on the event level of the arena, is standing room only, meaning there are no seats. The seat numbers indicated on the tickets are for inventory purposes and no consequences on the night of the show. The area for general admission on the event floor is available on a first come, first served basis and guests will be standing up during the entire show.
Guests will be allowed on the BB&T Center property starting at 7:00AM day of the event to secure a spot in the General Admission entry line. Doors will open at the same time for all guests unless otherwise instructed. Upon entering the arena, all guests with a General Admission ticket will receive a wristband. Guests must have both a ticket and wristband for access to the floor. Wristbands must remain on the guest for the entirety of the show. Any guest found on the floor without a wristband will be asked to return to their ticketed seat. Lost or broken wristbands will not be replaced.

Guest Services
During the event, guests are recommended to express any compliments, comments or concerns at the Guest Service desk located next to the Box Office inside the North Entrance Lobby. Representatives at Guest Services can also assist with reuniting lost guests, general event information, collecting and returning lost and found items, checking in strollers or wheelchairs, administering Assisted Listening Devices, providing wheelchair escorts and other duties as needed.
A Season Ticket Holder Customer Service is set up in the North & South Suite/Club entrance on the Plaza Level. Account representatives are on hand to assist Season Ticket Holders.
Handouts
The distribution of promotional items, handbills, flyers, pamphlets, printed materials, as
well as the solicitation of signatures, is not permitted on BB&T Center property without written authorization from building management. A copy of the BB&T Center's First Amendment policy can be obtained by contacting the Director of Event Services, Michael Blanton at 954-835-8041.
Hearing Devices
Hearing devices, or Assisted Listening Devices, are available for patrons at the BB&T Guest Services located in the North Entrance Lobby. Devices are available for most events and are free of charge. To ensure the devices are returned the night of an event, a driver’s license or another form of identification is required in exchange for the use of our devices. Guests who chose to bring their own headset and receiver may access the system on a standard FM broadcast during Florida Panthers games only.
Heroes Among Us
For every Florida Panthers home game this season, there will be a military hero honored for the Panthers' initiative, "Heroes Among Us." The hero and their family will be invited to a game where will be honored and received special recognition on the scoreboard. Nominate someone you think is a military hero today!

The Panthers IceDen is a 75,000 square foot, state-of-the-art, triple ice skating rink, and entertainment facility. Located in Coral Springs, Florida, it is the Official Practice Facility of the Florida Panthers. Panther practices are free and open to the public.

Impaired Guests
The BB&T Center reserves the right to deny entry to a visibly impaired guest. Any impaired guests causing a disturbance during an event will be asked to leave the facility and may be subject to arrest.
iPads/Tablets

Kids Tickets
For ticketed events, BB&T Center guests must present a ticket for entry, except for children younger than two (2) years of age. Children under two (2) years of age must sit on the lap of a ticket-bearing parent or guardian. Children Rules may vary for some family/children events, which require children younger than two (2) years to present a ticket for entry. Please check with the Box Office or BB&T Center website for Children Rules for the specific event you plan on attending prior to your purchase of tickets.
Kosher Food
The BB&T Center has a Kosher Concession Stand available at Section 125/127. The Kosher Concession Stand is open for Florida Panthers home games and select concerts and shows. Unfortunately, this option is not available on Friday or Saturday events.
Any guests with specific/special dietary needs due to medical conditions or religious requirements should contact the BB&T Center at 954-835-7000 to arrange approval prior to the event day. If you are unable to connect with a representative prior to the event, please notify the Event Staff upon arrival of your dietary needs. Items will be subject to a Supervisor or Managers approval. Guest Service Center will not check-in any food and beverage items. Unauthorized items may be asked to be disposed of prior to entering the arena.
Laptops/Computers
Laptops or any type of personal computers will not be admitted inside of the BB&T Center.
Laser Pointers
For the comfort and safety of our guests, employees, players and performers, laser pointers are not permitted at the BB&T Center. Any guest caught using a laser point will have the item confiscated and kept at Guest Services for the remainder of the event. Anyone not cooperating will be asked to leave without a refund.
Learn to Play
The Florida Panthers in conjunction with the NHL, NHLPA and USA Hockey will be hosting "Florida Panthers Learn To Play" for boys and girls ages 5-9. All registrants must be first-time ice hockey participants and have never been registered with USA hockey. The program was developed in an effort to reduce cost barriers to ice hockey participation by providing free equipment. The Learn To Play program primary goal is to create the next generation of hockey players and fans who will remain engaged with the game throughout the rest of their lives.
Cost of entry is $150. Every participant will receive 6 weeks of on-ice training with Florida Panthers Alumni and USA Hockey Certified Coaches. Each participant will also be custom fitted for a full set of hockey equipment that they will use during the program and keep at the conclusion of the 6 weeks.
The Florida Panthers Learn To Play curriculum is designed in conjunction with USA Hockey's "Gold Standard" which utilizes an age-appropriate Long Term Athlete Development structure known as the American Development Model. This model ensures that the program structure is both fun AND effective.
Lord Stanley’s Loft by Lagunitas
Lord Stanley’s Loft is located on the Upper Level of BB&T Center and encompassing approximately 8,000 square feet. During Florida Panthers hockey games, the Lord Stanley’s Loft will cater up to 400 members who will receive a full-service bar, specialty buffet and tremendous sightlines for NHL hockey. Lost & Found
During an event, lost and found may be turned in or claimed at the BB&T Guest Service Center on the Plaza Level. Please call the BB&T Center Security office at 954-835-8610 to arrange for pick-up of any items. Items left more than fourteen days will be donated to charity. The BB&T Center is not responsible for any lost items.
Lost, Stolen or Destroyed Tickets
Tickets lost or left at home may be replaced by BB&T Center Box Office, provided we can verify the ticket holder and seat location. Ticket replacement policies of the various events may differ. Please see the nearest box office representative for assistance.
Lost Parent/Found Child
Lost children will be taken to the BB&T Guest Services area on the Plaza Level. Guests
looking for their lost child should notify the nearest Sunrise Police Officer, Event Staff or building employee or report directly to the Guest Services area near the North Box Office or Upper-Level South at the escalator.

Mascots
Stanley C. Panther has been the mascot of the Florida Panthers since our inaugural year in 1993. Viktor E. Ratt joined the team at the beginning of the 2014-2015 season. Masks
Masks are allowed to be worn within the arena. However, everyone will be required to take the mask off before going through the metal detectors and entering the arena. Any guest refusing to comply with the policy will be denied entry and asked to leave the BB&T Center without refund.

Merchandise
Pantherland carries a wide variety of Panthers memorabilia and apparel. It is located in the main lobby on the Plaza level of the BB&T Center. It is open on all game days and closes 30 minutes after completion of the game. The Florida Panthers also showcase additional merchandise stands including Panthers Kiosk at Section 114, Inside the Boards at Section 122 and Upper-Level Pantherland 301. Metal Detectors
Ensuring the safety of our guests, players, artists and employees is always a top priority of the Florida Panthers and BB&T Center. Be advised that for all events held at BB&T Center, venue security will utilize a Walk-Through Metal Detector to search all patrons entering the facility. A secondary measure of wanding will be conducted if needed. Accommodations for security screen will be provided to those who need it. Security screenings are designed to detect security threats and prevent prohibited items from entering the arena.

Noise Makers
For the comfort and enjoyment of our guests, extraneous noise-making devices will not be permitted into the BB&T Center. These items include, but are not limited to, horns, whistles, air horns, cymbals, bugles, vuvuzelas, etc. Cowbells will be allowed during Florida Panthers hockey games proper etiquette is encouraged for the enjoyment of all fans. Inappropriate usage, including during gameplay, may result in confiscation of your item.
Nursing Mothers
Areas for nursing mothers will be available in our Spectra Baby Lactation Lounge, Family Restrooms, First Aids or by speaking with Guest Services upon arrival. The Spectra Baby Lactation Lounge is located in section 310, and Family Restrooms are located in section 109 and 127.

Offensive Language
For the comfort and enjoyment for all fans, cursing or the use of offensive language is prohibited at all times. If any offensive language is heard, please notify your Usher or nearby Event Staff. Guests can also text RED to 69050 with their seat location and issue to BB&T Center personnel.
Outside Food & Beverage
Guests of the BB&T Center are not allowed to bring in outside food and beverages (including alcohol) into any game, concert or event. Sanza offers a wide variety of food and beverage options to accommodate fans with allergies, intolerances, restrictions or religious requirements. Guests may bring in one sealed plastic bottle of water per person for their personal use. Anyone needing to bring in baby food or children’s snacks may do so in reasonable amounts. These items must be in see-through plastic ziplock bags. No glass or metal bottles, cans or containers will be permitted.

BB&T Center concession stands and vendors sell peanuts and other products that may contain nuts throughout the venue. We do not have areas free from nut products and as a result, we recommend that anyone with nut allergies uses caution when attending events at the BB&T Center.
Package/Purse Inspection
The BB&T Center encourages all fans to arrive early and travel light. We recommend that you leave your backpacks, backpack purses, drawstring bags, large packages or other bags either at home or in your car. No bag or purse larger than 1' x 1' will be permitted inside BB&T Center. All bags are subject to search before being allowed into the venue. Guests not allowing inspection of their bags or purses will be refused entry into the building.
Additionally, sealed or wrapped packages of any kind will not be allowed into the BB&T Center. Any gift (including those for artists or preforms) must be unwrapped.
Painted Faces
The Florida Panthers and BB&T Center welcome enthusiastic fans but reserve the right to refuse admittance to any event if a guest has exposed, painted body parts. Guests must wear shirt, pants/shorts/skirts/dress and shoes at all times and refrain from painting body parts that would come in contact with any BB&T Center property, including but not limited to the individual’s ticketed seat. Any guest refusing to comply with the policy will be asked to leave the BB&T Center without refund.

The BB&T Center has the right to confiscate items which may cause danger or disruption to the event or other guests or which are in breach of building policies and/or prohibited items. NO ITEMS WILL BE CHECKED-IN AND/OR HELD AT GUEST SERVICES WITH THE EXCEPTION OF STROLLERS.
- No backpacks, backpack purses, drawstring bags.
- No purses or bags larger than 12’ x 12’.
- No weapons of any kind including but not limited to mace, tasers, scissors, knives (including pocket knives), etc. Unless state law explicitly authorizes a person to carry a weapon; i.e. an off-duty law enforcement personnel.
- No video or audio recording devices. Professional cameras, as well as cameras w/detachable lenses larger than 1ft, will not be permitted.
- No GoPros.
- No Selfie Sticks.
- No laptops.
- No sealed or wrapped packages of any kind (including gifts for performers). Gifts must be unwrapped.
- No balloons.
- No chains, spikes or wallet chains. This includes such items attached to purses, bags and/or clothing.
- No Laser pointers or fireworks.
- No flags and/or signs larger than 2’ x 2’ or with posts of any kind. (Varies by show)
- No bottles, cans, and/or coolers.
- No outside food or beverages (except for medical or religious purposes, baby food, and reasonable children’s snacks).
- No strollers unless in Club Lexus, Corona Beach House or a suite.
- Any other item management or the NHL may deem dangers to public safety.

Anyone declining the search process or refusing to dispose of a prohibited item will be denied entry from the BB&T Center.
Projectiles
Any person found endangering guests, employees, players, referees or performers by throwing or tossing items into the arena or onto the ice surface or stage will be ejected from the building. The only exception to this policy is when, during a hockey game, a player scores a “Hat Trick” (three goals in a game). In this case, throwing of hats is customary and is deemed appropriate. Please note that any hats thrown on the ice during a Hat Trick will not be returned.
Protective Netting
During Florida Panthers hockey games, a protective netting is hung above the glass as well as behind both goals. This netting services as a barrier which limits the amount of pucks that leave the ice and enter the seating area. Although the netting provides extra protection, the Florida Panthers encourage you to stay alert at all times.
Pucks
Occasionally pucks leave the ice and enter the stands. Pucks retrieved in the stands may be kept by the guest. Keep in mind that pucks are made of 100% vulcanized rubber and are chilled. When a puck leaves the playing area and enters the stands it can cause serious injury. Although protective netting provides an extra barrier, the Florida Panthers encourage you to stay alert at all times. If you or someone near you is harmed by a puck, please notify the nearest Usher or Event Staff to get First Aid.
First Aid locations are also located at Section 119 on the Plaza Level and Section 320 on the Upper Level.
Puck N Play Policy
As a courtesy to your fellow Panthers fans, we ask that you do not walk around in the seating area or accessing your seats until there is a stoppage in play. The Event Staff Usher in your section will ask that you stand at the top of the aisle or bottom of the stairs until you are able to return to your seat. This policy enables guests to enjoy a safe and unobstructed view of the game and we thank you for your cooperation with this policy.

A broadcast of the event in progress may be available in the seating area with your personal headphone radio set. Guests can tune to 107.1 FM to pick-up the broadcast inside the BB&T Center. Please see the nearest Guest Services/Concierge desk for more details.
Re-Entry
All exits of the BB&T Center are final and re-entry will not be allowed. Exceptions are only made in the case of emergencies. In an emergency situation, guests should make contact with an Event Supervisor to make arrangements for re-entry.
Refund/Exchange Tickets
We recommend that you carefully check your order before proceeding with the payment. No exchange or refund will be accepted following your purchase. In the rare case that a refund is issued, tickets must be returned or exchanged through the original point of purchase.
Restaurants
Sin Bin
The Sin Bin is located on the Suite Level and offers sit down service in an upscale sports bar atmosphere. Open to any ticketed guest, the Sin Bin opens with doors for each home Florida Panthers Games and closes 30 minutes prior to the end of an event. Sanza offers sandwiches, pizzas, salads and small plates within the Sin Bin. During events outside of Florida Panthers hockey games, the Sin Bin may be limited to just bar service. Please check the individual event page on the BB&T Center website or call us at 954-835-7000 for further information.
True Vodka Club
The True Vodka Club is located on our Club Level and offers a casual dining atmosphere and a great bar. Enjoy pasta, wood-grilled pizzas, carving stations and an array of wonderful desserts. Exclusively for our Club Level seat holders, full season seat holders in the Lower Bowl as well as Club Lexus members, Corona Beach House members, suite owners and Corporate Partners.
Restrooms
The BB&T Center offers 34 public restrooms throughout the building. All restrooms are accessible and equipped with baby changing stations. Family restrooms are located at Section 109, Section 127 and Section 310.
Rideshare
Those using rideshare to get them to and from the BB&T Center can be dropped off at any gate. After events, we direct all rideshare vehicles to pick-up guests at Gate 7. Please refer to the parking map for additional information.

The Riboli Family Wine Bar is located outside of section 116 on the main plaza level.

Scalping
Guests may not re-sell tickets at any price on BB&T Center property. To avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen, void or other invalid tickets, tickets should only be purchased from an authorized Ticketmaster outlet or from BB&T Center Box Office. The BB&T Center Box Office is not responsible for any tickets purchased by a third-party vendor.
Scoreboard Messages
All celebration announcements (Birthday, Anniversary, Graduation, etc.) are displayed on our video board during the FIRST Intermission. Guests may request an announcement by making a $50 donation to the Florida Panthers Foundation. For a $100, your donation includes a message and a visit from Stanley C. Panther or the Florida Panthers ROAR Corps. (Birthday or anniversary messages are complimentary for Season Ticket Holders, suite owners and Premium Club members.) Please contact our Game Presentation Department at 954-835-7423 for more info. Requests must be submitted 72 hours prior to day of game. Space is limited.

Seat Size
Seats at the BB&T Center may vary in size between 17” to 22” in width.
Seating
- Please sit only in your assigned seat. Seating locations within the BB&T Center are reserved for guests holding valid admission tickets.
- Retain ticket stubs to allow Ushers or Event Staff to verify proper seat location.
- Aisles should be kept clear at all times. Emergency situations require that stairways be kept clear. Guests sitting or standing in the aisles or walkways is prohibited. Guests will be asked to return to their seats. Any one not complying with the direction of the Event Staff may be asked to leave the property.
- Please be aware that pucks can and do leave the ice and enter the stands during warm-ups, in-game, and even after play has stopped. To help avoid injury, stay alert while in the stands. Anyone sustaining injury from pucks or by any other means should go directly to First Aid, located adjacent to Section 119 on the Main Concourse. The BB&T Center employees are available for any assistance needed.
Security
The Florida Panthers and BB&T Center have announced increased security measures at BB&T Center. For safety purposes, all guests coming to the BB&T Center are subject to security screening, visual inspections and bag searches. Security screenings are designed to detect prohibited items from entering the venue and may cause minor delays when arriving. Please plan accordingly.
Among the security measures that will be in place at BB&T Center:
- No backpacks, backpack purses, drawstring bags.
- No purses or bags larger than 12" x 12".
- Increased security and police presence both inside and outside BB&T Center
- Inspection of all handbags, purses and any other items brought into the arena.
- Wanding of all guests when the country raises its security alert
- BB&T Center Security reserves the right to conduct “Pat Down” searches as National Security elevates.

The See Something, Say Something™ campaign is an effective program to engage the public and frontline employees in identifying and reporting indicators of terrorism, crime and other threats to the proper law enforcement authorities. If you see something, say something! To report suspicious activity, see the nearest Event Staff, Management or Police Officer.
Selfie Sticks
For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, selfie sticks are not permitted inside the building. Guests who bring a selfie stick will be asked to return it to their vehicle. No items will be checked-in/or held at Guest Services.
Signs & Banners
Unless otherwise specified by teams and/or entertainers, guests are welcome to bring signs into the building to show their support for their favorite team, player, or entertainer. Signs may not be derogatory in any manner and must not contain foul language. Signs must be hand held and cannot be mounted on a stick or pole and they cannot block the view of other guests. Any interference with the enjoyment of another guest's experience will result in the confiscation of the sign and/or possible ejection from the facility.
The following guidelines relate to these items:
- Item may not be larger than 2’ x 2’ in size* (*Varies by show)
- Item must be related to the event
- Item may not utilize wood, metal or other types of objects for support such as a stick/pole that may cause harm to others
- Item may not obstruct any sponsors/advertisers signage
- Items may not contain any website or advertising materials
- Items may not contain any politically motivated or religious messages
- Item may not be taped, hung, attached, or displayed on any part of the building
- Item may not contain or display obscene/offensive language and/or pictures, as determined by BB&T Center management
- Item may not be constructed or displayed in a manner that may obstruct the view of other guests or in any way create a safety hazard for others
We suggest calling the BB&T Center at 954-835-7000 ahead of the event for specific show-related policies.
The BB&T Center reserves the right to remove any banner/sign deemed unacceptable.
Smoking Policy
Based upon the Florida Clean Indoor Air Act, the BB&T Center is a smoke and tobacco-free facility. This policy includes vapors and e-cigarettes. Guests wishing to smoke must do so outside on our balconies or patios located on each level. Smoking areas are located at Section 130 on the Plaza Level. Smoking areas are located outside of SL30 on the Suite Level. Smoking areas are located on the Upper-Level in section 330. Additionally, there are smoking balconies attached to Sin Bin, Corona Beach House, Sunset Terrace, as well as, Lord Stanley’s Loft.

Standing Policy
Although we love for our fans to cheer, we must maintain some basic protocols. As some fans like to stand and cheer, others prefer to sit and cheer. Fans who sit are entitled to enjoy the event from their seats without undue obstruction. Many of our guests have mobility impairments and may not be able to stand as others do. The BB&T Center allows guests to stand during an event, provided that they are only occupying the area in front of their ticketed seat. Guests are advised that while cheering for the team, please be cognizant and courteous to those around you. Standing in aisles, on chairs or any other building structures is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with direction from the Usher or Event Staff may result in ejection from the event.
Stanley C. Panther
Stanley C. Panther has been the mascot of the Florida Panthers since our inaugural year in 1993. To have Stanley C. Panther, Viktor E. Ratt or the Panthers ROAR Corps at your next event, please fill out our appearance form.
Strollers
Strollers are not permitted in the seating area unless the guests are sitting in Corona Beach House, Club Lexus or a suite. Anyone not sitting in those areas should return the stroller to their car or can check it into Guest Services. Strollers may not be left in walkways, aisles, on the concourse or in disabled seating areas. For safety reasons, no strollers will be allowed on escalators.
Suites
A suite at BB&T Center puts you right in the action, yet maintains a private atmosphere for you and your guests. You’ll see every move and be part of the celebrating crowd, a crowd that can never obscure your view. To find out more, visit our Premium Seating page or call (954) 835-SHOW (7469).
Sin Bin
Sin Bin is located on the Suite Level and offers to sit down service in an upscale sports bar atmosphere. Open to any ticketed guest, Sin Bin opens with doors for each home Florida Panthers Games and closes 30 minutes prior to the end of an event. Centerplate offers sandwiches, pizzas, salads and small plates within Sin Bin. During events outside of Florida Panthers hockey games, Sin Bin may be limited to just bar service. Television Monitors
More than 700 television monitors are stationed throughout the arena. Radio play-by-play is broadcasted into all restrooms. Our goal is to ensure that guests never miss a moment of action, even when leaving their seats.
Temperature
During hockey games or ice events, the temperature is approximately 60 Degrees and may vary depending on your proximity to the ice surface. We suggest wearing appropriate layers and/or bringing a jacket for these events.
For all other events at the BB&T Center, the temperature may vary due to logistics and artists requests. Artists may also ask the building to adjust the temperature to their liking for comfort during their performance.

Ticket Sales/Ticket Information
The Box Office box office is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with extended hours on event days. Box Office windows will remain open for one hour after an event has started. Ticket information/Will Call is located on the Plaza Level at the main entrance. Tickets may be purchased with cash, American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa at the BB&T Center Ticket Office. Tickets are also available on the Internet at Ticketmaster.com.
Please note that once tickets are purchased, they are non-refundable and not exchangeable.
Tickets
Guests are required to retain their ticket throughout the event to allow for Event Staff to verify their seat location. Guests are not permitted to sit in seats for which they do not hold a valid ticket.
Type of Tickets Allowed
MOBILE TICKET Mobile Tickets are the preferred method of the BB&T Center and Florida Panthers. If you selected ‘mobile entry’ as your delivery method, make sure to download the Florida Panthers App. If you are an iPhone user, you can also add your tickets to Passbook. Print-at-home ticket PDFs displayed on a mobile device will not be accepted as a form of entry.
PRINT-AT-HOME TICKET If you selected ‘print-at-home’ as your delivery method, make sure to print your ticket PDF and bring them to the event. Print-at-home ticket PDFs displayed on a mobile device will also be accepted as a form of entry.
PRINTED TICKET If you have purchased tickets at the BB&T Center Ticket Office or a Ticketmaster outlet, or opted to receive your tickets by mail during purchase, simply bring them with you to the event.
CREDIT CARD ENTRY (Also known as Paperless Tickets; only for selected events) You must attend the event with the credit card you selected AND a valid government-issued photo ID. Once tickets have been placed on your credit card, they are non-transferrable and the entire party must enter the venue at the same time. For more information, visit www.ticketmaster.com/paperless.
U – Z
Umbrellas
Umbrellas of a reasonable size are permitted in the BB&T Center for all Florida Panthers home games and most other events (Varies by event). We suggest calling the BB&T Center at 954-835-7000 ahead of the event for specific show-related policies.
Unruly Fan
For the comfort and enjoyment for all fans, cursing or the use of offensive language is prohibited at all times. If any offensive language is heard, please notify your Usher or nearby Event Staff. Guests can also text RED to 69050 with their seat location and issue to BB&T Center personnel.
Upgrade Experience
Guests can sign-up to upgrade their seats by downloading the NHL Mobile Application available on iTunes or Google Play and choosing the Florida Panthers as their favorite team. Upgrade offers will be sent 30 minutes prior to the start of the game through halftime or the second period. You must already have purchased tickets and entered the arena to be eligible to participate.
Video Cameras
Use of movie cameras, video, Go-Pros or audio recording equipment is strictly prohibited by event promoters. BB&T Center reserves the right to delete or confiscate any tape, recording or film.
Water Fountains
Water Fountains are located on the concourse across from Sections 108, 115, 121, 128 on the Plaza Level and 308, 315, 321 and 328 on the Upper Level.
Weather
The BB&T Center does not cancel events because of weather conditions. For the most up to date information about events, please call the BB&T Center 954-835-7000.
Wrapped Gifts
Wrapped gifts are not permitted inside the arena. Any guests who arrive with wrapped gifts will be asked to unwrap the item for inspection before entry.
Youth Hockey Camps
Learn To Play
The Florida Panthers in conjunction with the NHL, NHLPA and USA Hockey host "Florida Panthers Learn To Play" for boys and girls ages 5-9. All registrants must be first time ice hockey participants and have never been registered with USA hockey. The program was developed in an effort to reduce cost barriers to ice hockey participation by providing free equipment. The Learn To Play program primary goal is to create the next generation of hockey players and fans who will remain engaged with the game throughout the rest of their lives.
Cost of entry is $150. Every participant receive 6 weeks of on-ice training with Florida Panthers Alumni and USA Hockey Certified Coaches. Each participant will also be custom fitted for a full set of hockey equipment that they will use during the program and keep at the conclusion of the 6 weeks.
Street Cats Clinics
The Florida Panthers host street hockey clinics both on and off-site for kids ages 4-12. The Panthers provide everything necessary to put on a full street hockey clinic for children.
Summer Cats
Summer Cats is a program that is run through the Boys & Girls Clubs. The Florida Panthers provide full floorball equipment along with rink borders to Boys & Girls Clubs in Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties. The Clubs run internal leagues until the one day playoff at the end of the summer at the BB&T Center where the Mite, Squirt and Peewee South Florida Champions are crowned.
Summer Tours
Summer Tours are a summertime field trip for youth camps. The summer tour lasts approximately 2 hours.
The following is included in the field trip:
- 2 Pre-season ticket vouchers
- Meet and greet with Panthers broadcaster(s) in the Florida Panthers locker room
- Street Hockey Clinic with the Florida Panthers Grassroots team
- Free bus parking
- Lunches allowed (please inform us ahead of time)
Zero Tolerance
