Accessible seating is available for all events held at the BB&T Center. Each level of the arena is equipped with accessible seating. Floor seating is subject to change depending on seating configurations for various events. Designated seating for wheelchair users, guests who are visually or hearing impaired as well as those gests with limited mobility have the opportunity to purchase seats until such seats are sold out.
One companion seat may be purchased for each seat sold to a disabled guest. Depending upon availability, seats for additional guests will be located as close as possible to the accessible space. Limited additional companion seating will be held until the day of the event or until seating is sold out, whichever happens first. There is no guarantee that any companion tickets will remain unsold and available.
If you have obtained tickets in non-accessible seating and require the accessible features of these seating locations, please contact the BB&T Center Box Office 954-835-8270to make arrangements in advance. Accessible seating exchanges may not be made for tickets purchased through third party vendors, brokers or other sources outside of the BB&T Center Box Office or Ticketmaster.
Please be advised that the BB&T Center personnel reserve the right to take appropriate action against individuals who fraudulently obtain wheelchair and companion seats.
Transportation
TOPS provide a door-to-door service for those individuals who are unable to use the Broward County Transit busses. TOPS carriers use mini-vans, sedans, lift equipped vans and small buses to transport guests. Limited TOPS Service in Broward County is available by calling (954)357-8400 or visiting the TOPS website.
Wheelchair & Storage
For any guest who wishes to transfer from walker or wheelchair to a seat, we will store your item at our Guest Service Center. Our Event Staff will make arrangements to return your item to you at the end of the event or any other time you would prefer.
Wheelchair Escorts
Wheelchair escorts are available to any guest who have limited mobility and need assistance getting to/from their seat. Upon arrival please notify the nearest Event Services Team Member that you would like a wheelchair escort. Our wheelchair escort will then meet the guest at the entrance and assist the guest to their seat. Please be aware that the staff nor the wheelchair will remain with you during the event. Arrangements will be made between the Event Services Team Member and the guest to return with a wheelchair escort at the end of the event or any other time you would prefer.
