BB&T Center Box Office Information

BB&T Center Box Offices are located on both the North and South sides of the main entrance.

*The Box Office does not participate in the first day of any general public onsale.

Special Holiday Business Hours

The Box Office will be closed on Friday, September 4, 2015 – Monday, September 7, 2015.  It will be reopen for regular business hours at 9:00am on Tuesday, September 8, 2015

9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday-Friday

Closed, Saturday-Sunday

Weekend Business Hours – Game or Event days only!

Events/Concerts*

12:00pm – approximately an hour after the event starts, Saturday-Sunday

Hockey Games**

10:00am – approximately a half hour after the game is over, Saturday-Sunday



*Concerts: sales and will call close at the same time, unclaimed will call is moved to Guest Services, located near the main entrance doors on the north side of the building.

**Hockey: Will Call closes at the beginning of the second period and unclaimed Will Call is moved to Guest Services, located near the main entrance doors on the north side of the building.
