Coca-Cola Renews Marketing Partnership With SSE
SUNRISE, FL – Sunrise Sports & Entertainment announced today that The Coca-Cola Company has renewed its marketing partnership with the Florida Panthers and the BankAtlantic Center. An original marketing partner of SSE, Coca-Cola has been with the franchise since its inception in 1993 and has had a presence inside the BankAtlantic Center since the arena opened in 1998.
“We’ve developed a great relationship with Coca-Cola as our longest-tenured marketing partner and we’re thrilled to continue our partnership,” said SSE president & chief operating officer Michael Yormark. “We’re also excited about the synergy between Coca-Cola’s iconic red color and our RED Rising marketing campaign, which may offer even more opportunities for innovative promotional initiatives in the very near future.”
As part of the renewed partnership, Coca-Cola will receive in-arena signage including the Coca-Cola Food Courts, television, radio and print advertising and pouring rights at both the BankAtlantic Center and the Saveology.com Iceplex – the Panthers’ official practice facility.
The six Coca-Cola Food Courts give the company the opportunity to merchandise its products at point-of-sale. The branding and merchandising package remains a best-in-class, in-arena marketing program developed by SSE and Coca-Cola to help market concessions more effectively. Coca-Cola products will be available at every BankAtlantic Center concession and served in official Coca-Cola branded cups. SSE and Coca-Cola will also partner for a number of on and off-site unique retail activation opportunities.
