Daughtry And 3 Doors Down To Perform Exclusively At BB&T; Center on Wednesday, February 20

SUNRISE, Fla. – Sunrise Sports & Entertainment today announced that rock groups Daughtry and 3 Doors Down will bring their joint co-headline tour exclusively to the BB&T Center on Wednesday, February 20 as part of a special Panthers season seat owner thank you concert. Aranda will open for the multi-platinum rock bands.

Tickets will be available free of charge for all Panthers season seat owners as a thank you from SSE for their continued loyalty. Ticket information for season seat owners will be available at a later date. Tickets for the show go on sale to the public Saturday, Dec. 15 at 10 a.m. at all Ticketmaster outlets, charge by phone (800-745-3000), at www.ticketmaster.com and Monday, Dec. 17 at 9 a.m. at the BB&T Center box office.

Daughtry’s self-titled debut was the fastest selling rock debut in Soundscan history and its follow up Leave This Town marked the quintet’s second consecutive No. 1 album. Daughtry’s latest album Break The Spell, which was certified gold in 4 weeks, features new radio hit “Start of Something Good,” the album builds on the band’s reputation for melodic hooks and anthemic choruses while providing a powerful showcase for Chris Daughtry’s emotionally resonant voice. In addition to recording and touring, Daughtry is also dedicated to using its position to raise awareness about a number of charitable causes including being involved with the DC Comics We Can Be Heroes campaign.

Since forming in 1995, Mississippi rock quintet 3 Doors Down (vocalist Brad Arnold, lead guitarist Chris Henderson, bassist Todd Harrell, drummer Greg Upchurch and guitarist Chet Roberts) has sold more than 16 million albums worldwide, garnered three Grammy nominations, two American Music Awards, and five BMI Pop Awards for songwriting, including BMI’s coveted "Songwriter of the Year" award.
