Q: What items are prohibited at the BB&T Center?
A: The following guidelines have been implemented for building security and the items listed below will not be permitted in the building. 

Backpacks, duffel bags, backpack style purses or diaper bags, oversize/large purses, strollers, alcohol, bottles, food, cans, thermoses, coolers, drugs, chains, fireworks, weapons (Unless state law explicitly authorizes a person to carry a weapon. Please note that state law does NOT authorize weapons or firearms for certain events or areas of the premises, such as school, college, or professional athletic events not related to firearms or portions of the BB&T Center licensed and primarily devoted to dispense alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises.), noise makers and laser pointers.

• No items will be checked-in. All prohibited items must be returned to your vehicle.
• All guests and/or their belongings are subject to search

Q. Can I bring video or still cameras into the arena?
A. For most events, at the request of promoters, artists and/or leagues, video cameras are not permitted. Regular, non-professional cameras may be permitted–please call 954.835.7000 to inquire about the camera policy for the event you are interested in.

A. No. Food and Beverages are not allowed to be brought into BB&T Center.

A. For most events, doors will open one hour prior to the event starting time.

Q. Where can I buy team merchandise?
A. PantherLand, located just inside the BB&T Center main doors, is open during Panthers games. On non-event days, you may visit Saveology.com Iceplex, the team’s official practice facility.
