July 4th Celebration presented by Wheelabrator Technologies

This crowd-pleasing outdoor event at the BB&T Center is presented by the City of Sunrise in partnership with All-American Sponsor Wheelabrator Technologies, with additional support from sponsors Chester’s Fort Lauderdale Harley-Davidson, Ed Morse Automotive Mall, Metropica, Magic 102.7, and Broward Health. Gates open at 5:00 p.m. and there's something for everyone – including children's rides and inflatables, and an assortment of food and beverage vendors.

The evening's live music lineup starts at 6:00 p.m. and features two of the most popular bands of the 1980s: A Flock of Seagulls (I Ran) and headliner the Fixx (Red Skies, One Thing Leads to Another, Stand or Fall, Saved by Zero). At 9:00 p.m., take in a fantastic fireworks display.

5pm – Gates Open For Fans (Gates 5 and 7 only)
6pm – Live Music: A Flock of Seagulls and the Fixx
8:30pm – All Gates Closed for incoming traffic
9pm – Fireworks
