Larry the Cable Guy And Bill Engvall To Perform Exclusively At BB&T; Center Thursday, April 11
SUNRISE, Fla. – Sunrise Sports & Entertainment today announced that renowned comedians Larry the Cable Guy and Bill Engvall will bring their acts exclusively to the BB&T Center on Thursday, April 11.
Tickets for the show go on sale to the public Saturday, Feb. 16 at 10 a.m. at all Ticketmaster outlets, charge by phone (800-745-3000), at www.ticketmaster.com and Monday, Feb. 18 at 9 a.m. at the BB&T Center box office.-“We’re ecstatic to bring these two comedic geniuses to the BB&T Center,” said SSE Executive Director of Event Programming Aaron Zimmerman. “They will provide a great night of fun and entertainment for our fans and represent yet another event on our packed 2013 calendar.”
Larry the Cable Guy has crossed various platforms, as he is a multiplatinum recording artist, Grammy nominee, Billboard award winner, actor and one of the top comedians in the country. His signature catchphrase “Git-R-Done” has spun off into the Git-R-Done Foundation which has donated more than seven million dollars to various charities. Currently, Larry hosts the Only in America with Larry the Cable Guy show, which sees him visit various sites across the country revealing bits of real history while celebrating the American experience.
Bill Engvall has also visited different avenues as both an actor and comedian. Engvall has hosted numerous television shows including LINGO, a game show for GSN, Country Fried Videos and Mobile Home Disasters for CMT and numerous award shows. Besides starring in and producing his own self-titled sitcom for TBS, Engvall has been a star on the sketch comedy show Blue Collar TV with Larry the Cable Guy. His catchphrase “Here’s Your Sign” which is also the title of his first album was certified platinum and held the #1 position on the Billboard Comedy Chart for 15 straight weeks.
