Just in time for the weekend! We asked our BB&T Center Staff about their must-see music movie documentaries and films, these were our top picks featuring your favorite stars #FromYourCouch:

1. Jonas Brothers – Chasing Happiness (2019)

The three brothers unite for a deep reflection on their roots and rise to fame in Chasing Happiness. From becoming teen heartthrobs, to breaking up, having babies and everything in between – if you saw the JoBros take over BB&T Center this past November you already know this amazingly personal film is worth the watch. And the fun doesn't stop there! Today, the Jonas Brothers released the surprise, sequel concert film Happiness Continues. 

 

2. Barbra Streisand – Barbra: The Music... The Mem'ries... The Magic! (2017)

Hello, gorgeous! Recognize us? Fun Fact: Barbra's concert tour film kicks off backstage at BB&T Center, while the legendary songstress shares stories and behind the scenes concert moments from her 2017 tour.

 

3. Lady Gaga – Gaga: Five Foot Two (2017)

Behind the enigma that is Lady Gaga, under all the glamour and fame, Gaga: Five Foot Two reveals Stefani Germanotta at her most vulnerable, intimate and emotional moments. This behind-the-scenes film will take you on a journey as Gaga releases new music and prepares for the biggest stage in the world, all while confronting her anxiety stuggles, heartbreak, and chronic pain.

 

4. Bob Dylan – I’m Not There (2007)

This addition to our list, is not like the others, but we couldn't resist adding this unconventional musical drama. In the imaginative and colorful biopic I'm Not There, six different actors portray Bob Dylan. From Christian Bale to Heath Ledger and Cate Blanchett, it's an exciting public and private glimpse into the life of the elusive musical icon.
