Panthers Hire Elisa R. Hernandez As VP Of Human Resources
SUNRISE, Fla. – Sunrise Sports & Entertainment announced today that Elisa R. Hernandez has joined the organization as the Vice President of Human Resources for the Florida Panthers and the BankAtlantic Center. In this role Hernandez will oversee all human resources initiatives including staffing, recruiting, team building, payroll and organizational development for SSE while also being a member of the company’s executive team.

Prior to joining SSE, Hernandez spent two years as the Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development for Hospital Physician Partners in Hollywood, one of the largest medical management companies in the emergency and hospital management industry. Hospital Physician Partners included more than 2,000 physicians and 500 employees.
With more than 20 years of distinguished professional experience, Hernandez also spent eight years as the Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development for Medical Business Service, Inc. in Coral Gables, and other time as Director of Human Resources for MasTec, Inc. in Miami, and more.
Hernandez is fluent in both English and Spanish and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Professional Management from Nova Southeastern University in Davie.
