Paramore Makes Exclusive Stop at BB&T; Center Monday, Nov 4.
Tickets to go on sale Friday, July 26; Metric and Hellogoodbye to also perform
Sunrise Sports & Entertainment today announced that Paramore will bring “The Self-Titled Tour” exclusively to the BB&T Center on Monday, Nov. 4. Metric and Hellogoodbye will also perform as part of the North American stop in South Florida.
Tickets will go on sale to the general public starting on Friday, July 26 at 10 a.m. at all Ticketmaster outlets, www.ticketmaster.com <http://www.ticketmaster.com/> or by phone (800-745-3000). Tickets will also be available at the BB&T Center box office beginning Monday, July 29 at 9 a.m.
“We are thrilled to welcome Paramore and their much anticipated tour along with Hellogoodbye and Metric to the BB&T Center,” said SSE Executive Director of Event Programming Aaron Zimmerman. “Paramore’s excellent array of rock songs will put on a great show for fans and provide an exceptional night of fun and entertainment.”
Paramore was formed in 2004 out of Franklin, Tennessee. The group released its debut album “All We Know Is Falling” in 2005 and its second album “Riot!” in 2007, which was certified Platinum in the United States and other countries. Their third album “Brand New Eyes” was released in 2009 and is the band’s second-highest charting album to date, going platinum in Ireland and UK, and gold in the United States. Paramore’s self-titled fourth album debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard charts in the United States. Paramore has won three Grammy Awards and a number of Teen Choice Awards.
Metric is a Canadian New Wave band founded in 1998 in Toronto, Canada. Metric has been nominated for and won numerous awards for the Canadian Album of the Year, Group of the Year, Songwriter of the Year and Fan Choice Award. Hellogoodbye is an indie pop band formed in Huntington Beach, California in 2001. The song, “Here (In Your Arms)” went Platinum in the United States in 2006. Hellogoodbye recently released their new album “Did It Kill You?” featuring a cover of the Beach Boys’ hit “Barbara Ann.”
