Permit Requirements:

Please review the following information for obtaining a pyro permit. If you have any questions, please call:

• Department of Commerce and Insurance
• Division of Fire Protection
• Permit and License Section

Must be forwarded to fire marshal.

Lasers:

• Nearest water source: 50’ to stage
• Nearest drain: 150’ from stage (trench drain)

Show producer must provide all hoses to operate laser equipment.
