SPECIAL GUEST GLORIA ESTEFAN TO JOIN ANDREA BOCELLI ON STAGE AT THE BB&T; CENTER FOR AN EXCLUSIVE VALENTINE’S DAY PERFORMANCE
Miami’s own international superstar, Gloria Estefan, will join Andrea Bocelli on stage as a special guest at the BB&T Center in Sunrise, FL on Friday, February 14.
Estefan, the seven-time Grammy® award-winning singer, songwriter and actress, has been hailed the single most successful Latin crossover artist in music history by Billboard Magazine.
In addition to her Grammy® wins, Estefan has been nominated for an Oscar for her performance of the song “Music Of My Heart,” is an inductee of the Songwriters Hall of Fame, and has earned an American Music Award for Lifetime Achievement.
The concert will mark Bocelli’s fifth consecutive year performing in South Florida at the BB&T Center and his third show on Valentine’s Day (2011, 2012 and 2014). The performance will feature songs from his most recent album Love In Portofino, in addition to a captivating mix of arias, famed love songs, and classics.
Bocelli has recently planted roots in South Florida. In 2013, the famed singer held a surprise performance during Christmas mass at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Miami Beach. Estefan is also from Miami. Bocelli and Estefan’s Valentine’s Day performance this year will certainly be one close to home.
