SUNRISE, FL. – Sunrise Sports & Entertainment announced today that Kevin Grove has joined the organization as Vice President of Event Programming for the BB&T Center (@theBBTCenter). Grove joins SSE with more than 20 years of industry experience and a reputation for leadership, professionalism, creativity, aggressiveness, and strong industry relationships.

In this role, Grove will be responsible for all of the BB&T Center’s event programming and scheduling including concerts, shows, and special events, while also coordinating with the National Hockey League’s scheduling department. He will also oversee the event programming portion of SSE’s relationship with Florida Atlantic University including the FAU Stadium.
Grove joins SSE from the Cedar Park Center in the Austin, Texas area, home of the Texas Stars hockey club and a wide range of concerts and events, where he was the Vice President of Event Booking & Marketing and Assistant General Manager. During his career Grove also spent time with Carol H. Williams Advertising in Detroit as Senior Manager of Event Marketing & Strategic Partnerships, GlobalHue in Southfield, Mich. as Director of Event Marketing, and Brass Ring Productions in Livonia, Mich. as Director of Events.
Grove graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aerospace Administration.
