SSE Launches “Talk To Us” Service And Experience Campaign

SUNRISE, Fla. – Sunrise Sports & Entertainment announced today it’s new customer service and experience campaign entitled “Talk To Us.”

The campaign (also see attached letter) focuses on taking the customer service and experience for Florida Panthers fans and all BB&T Center guests to an even higher level by encouraging all fans, guests and constituents to provide feedback – good and bad – through a variety of mediums. 

Talk To Us has it’s own logo and will be activated through a fully-integrated marketing and advertising campaign including in-arena digital and static signage, online, outdoor, social media, radio, television, and more.

Fans will be able to “Talk To Us” and submit feedback through a variety of mediums including FloridaPanthers.com/talk2us, TheBBTCenter.com, Twitter using the hashtag #talk2us, Facebook, and at the BB&T Center by talking to SSE executives and staff members or visiting the arena’s North and South VIP desks.

“Customer service and experience is a huge part of what we do and we are excited to announce the ‘Talk To Us’ program to encourage our guests to provide the critical feedback that helps make us better,” said SSE President Michael R. Yormark. “Our fans and guests know what it is like to experience a Panthers game or BB&T Center concert from every singe angle and perspective and that on the ground intelligence is and will continue to be invaluable as we strive to provide the best service and experience possible.” 

Part of the Talk To Us campaign is the new Panthers pregame fan forum program where President Michael R. Yormark and Vice President of Sales & Service Ryan McCoy sit with Cats season seat owners to get their feedback on all aspects of their service and experience, process that feedback, and use it to make critical changes to the franchise’s overall operations.

In addition, BB&T Center General Manager Brett Stefansson is working directly with Yormark, McCoy and the SSE Steering Committee to conduct thousands of guest surveys for all events. These comprehensive guest surveys cover every major touch point in order to find growth and improvement areas in the overall guest experience.
